Once your order is processed, it is usually dispatched the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, providing details on estimated delivery times.
We offer delivery to both home and workplace addresses, ensuring flexibility. Our recommended shipping method is registered airmail ($12), which adds security and requires a signature upon delivery. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, a notice will be left with instructions on retrieving your package from the local post office. The post office will hold your package for 4 weeks before returning it to us.
We can ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses, provided your selected shipping method supports these locations. Ensure your Primary Shipping Address is set correctly in your Capsule1 account.
Since we operate offshore in India, your order is classified as an import by your local Customs. During processing, there may be a delay of a few days to up to 3 weeks in extreme cases. We advise ordering in advance to avoid delays.
We ship most orders within 24-48 hours, but final delivery depends on postal and courier services. If your order is held by Customs for import duties, expect an additional delay of 3-21 days. If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please wait an extra 7 days before contacting us for assistance.
We understand that sometimes orders may get lost in transit. In such cases, we offer a reshipment or full refund if reported within 8 weeks from the shipping date.
If an incorrect address was supplied, a replacement order will be charged. If the original package is returned to us, we will contact you regarding a refund (minus return shipping costs).
